Overview
Terry R. Armstrong is a management educator and consultant primarily interested in consulting practice, applied ethics, and strategic change. Besides being a professor he has served as the: Director of the Arrupe Program in Social Ethics for Business, Woodstock Theological Center, Georgetown University; Director of Graduate Education in Communications, Emerson College; and Director of the MBA Program at the University of West Florida. In his private practice Terry advises, coaches, and mentors CEOs, Sr. Executives, Managers and management consultants on a wide range of personal and organizational issues. He has worked or consulted in 14 countries to over 50 organizations.
Terry is active in the Academy of Management
and has chaired the Management Consulting Division and offered
workshops for
aspiring consult for the Division since 1995.
He has served several stints as editor of the Organization Development
Journal and edited or co-authored several books.

Interim Associate Director, Manresa Jesuit Retreat House, Bloomfield Hills, MI: Responsible for all non-religious operations including: front office, business office, MIS, housekeeping, food services, grounds, maintenance, and fundraising. Managed a full-time staff of 25 plus100 volunteers and worked closely with the Jesuits on long-range planning for the Retreat House and assisted the Director in finding a seasoned layman to manager the center.

Created, managed, and facilitated conferences, forums, seminars and retreats on business ethics, for CEOs and Key Executive; also mentored business executives on business ethics and transition issues.
