Thomas C. Head, Ph.D. is a Professor of Management in the Walter E. Heller College of Business Administration at Roosevelt University. Tom has a wide range of consulting and research interests, currently being dominated by global organization development.  He has worked on projects in a widely diverse set of organizations ranging from Fortune 15 corporations to small start-ups and local hospital chains, and they have taken him to a number of different countries.  Tom is a prolific writer with 18 books and over 70 scholarly articles and 150 conference presentations to his credit. Tom is currently serving on the board of the Academy of Management’s Management Consulting Division.  His Ph.D. is in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
