He

the
Christian Science Monitor, and written multiple
articles on topics
which include “The Role of Values and Leadership in
Organizational
Transformation” and “Using Relationships to Drive

numerous radio shows.
He
is Chairman and CEO of the Institute
of Management Consultants USA,
the premier professional organization and
sole certifying body for management consultants in the US,
and has
earned the Certified Management Consultant (CMC®)
designation.
Dr.
McNaughton holds a Ph.D. and an M.A.
in Human and Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate University,
and a
B.S. in Physics from the U.S. Naval Academy. He is a faculty member at
TUI,
Capella, and Central Michigan Universities
He and his wife Sylvia live in the San Diego
area and have
three adult children. In
their leisure
time they enjoy traveling, reading, working out, charitable and
philanthropic
activities, gardening, and golf.
