Therese Yeager (Ph.D. Benedictine University) is Associate Director, Ph.D. Program in Organization Development at Benedictine University, where she teaches OD and OB courses. An active member of the National Academy of Management, she has served various roles: All-Academy Panelist, Showcase Chair, Session Chair, Paper Presenter, Discussant, and Reviewer. For four years, she has been a Track Chair for the Midwest AOM, and is presently an Executive Board Member. She has also presented at the Eastern Academy of Management, Southern Academy of Management, Southwest Academy of Management, and internationally with the MCD of the Academy in Lyon, France. She has presented at the Association of International Business, International Association of Business Disciplines, and American Psychological Association-Consulting Division. 

Therese has more than twenty years management experience, particularly in start-up operations, consulting, and small business management. Her research interests include international OD, current management issues, and appreciative inquiry. She has published numerous articles in journals including Current Issues in Management (with Sorensen), OD Practitioner, OD Journal, Training Today, and Handbook of Organizational Consulting Psychology. She has co-authored two books on Appreciative Inquiry, and Global and International Organization Development with Sorensen, Head and Cooperrider (2001), and the 12th edition of Organization Behavior and Change: Managing Human Resources for Organizational Effectiveness with Head, Sorensen, Baum and Cooperrider (2002).
